Untitled[edit]

This page is well written, detailed, and to the point. It gives a clear explanation of the case and its effect on/relationship to NEPA. Would love to know more about how its rulings could apply to current, more recent cases. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Schiffman415 (talkcontribs) 05:52, 10 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Volunteer Comments[edit]

  • Add an infobox for the case. Which can include: full case name, date it was argued, date there was a decision made, links to arguments, citations, or laws applied.
  • Expand your lead section
  • Maybe add a section on the cases' role in subsequent environmental cases. Are there any Wikipedia articles that are also major cases interpreting NEPA?
