Only gag rule named after creator?[edit]

The gag rule page as well as several other sources refer to "Pickney's Resolutions" or the "Pickney Resolutions" for the gag rules authored by Henry L. Pinckney, so this is dubious. John Thacker (talk) 13:18, 15 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
