Is the individual in pt:Charles de Tournemine, (duplicated at the french wikipedia) Charles-Émile Vacher de Tournemine (Toulon, 1812 ou 1814 - idem, 1872 ou 1873) "french painter" related to this watercolour painter, Vacher, Charles (1818–1883).
