Italian Film Title[edit]

I removed the (one) Italian film title. If we go down that road the film titles should be there for all films and all languages, and then the article would have a ridiculously long list! 85.22.25.24 14:15, 21 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Date of birth[edit]

Most wikis and IMDB states it 17 December 1971. Wikidata states 1 July 1972 while just two referencies are available and the other one states just year 1972. Gumruch (talk) 00:47, 26 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Jessicapierce: I updated references on Wikidata entry. Most frequent and likeliest date seems to be 1 July 1972. It is stated by official (?) webpage claireforlani.com in 2005 (probably then provided by her agent) and in an article by the New York Daily News published in 2000. Tehonk helpfully provides a direct link to the birth records. There is no doubt this is the correct record, giving her full name (Claire Antonia Forlani) and her mother's maiden name (Dickinson), and the district as Wandsworth. The birth records show the birth was registered in January-March 1972. It is possible that the birth occurred in this period, or before (e.g. December 1971). It is not possible the birth occurred after this period; the widely quoted date of 1 July 1972 is clearly incorrect.

The BFI source linked to by Tehonk says "Checked birth at Family Records Centre, London. Born January-March 1972 quarter in Wandsworth, London registration district." It seems likely the BFI research consulted the same records linked to by Tehonk. However, they appear to have misinterpreted them. The birth was registered in January-March 1972, but it could have occurred before.

As user Tehonk says, Forlani celebrates her birthday in December, so she was likely born in December 1971. However, since we don't have a source for this other than her twitter account, we can't give an exact date.

Career section photo[edit]

The photo in this section is entirely terrible[2]. I know it's exciting to get a celebrity photo, but that's no reason to include it here.
