Article issues[edit]

This article has several issues, as tagged. I've tried very hard to find more cites and to soften the "rah-rah" tone. Bearian (talk) 19:41, 20 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Some substantial edits[edit]

I went through, added inline citations, proofed the copy for grammar/spelling, tried to make the flow of the article more logical, and tried to make it more neutral and less "rah-rah." I also added various info where needed. However, much still needs to be done, including a better discussion of the purposes (maybe "goals" is better?) including the benefits to local governments; more discussion of the legal problems related to CBAs; and inclusion of examples of actual CBAs within the text.Cootietwo (talk) 20:09, 26 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Templates changed[edit]

I just swapped out the peacock template for a Refimprove. It seems to me that previous editors have removed the peacocks successfully. However, in reading the article, I did find several assertions that were completely without citation. If my removal of the peacock template doesn't make sense, please point out the inflated language that remains, and I'll make an attempt to fix it promptly. Thanks!
