A google news archive search: [2] turns up over 800 hits, including an Ohio supreme court case involving COSE (and some evidence that this court case itself may be notable as it is referenced in relation to a number of other cases), extensive coverage of COSE advocacy on health care, and references that other organizations were influenced by this organization: [3].
