Renaming

[edit]

This article needs to be renamed. After incorporating Elsam, Energi E2 and other electricity companies, the name Dansk Olie og Naturgas is not in use anymore and the new official name of the company is DONG Energy A/S. Also, DONG is not only oil and gas company, but it's dealing with all energy secors (production and distribution of oil, gas, electricity, heating etc).Beagel 08:45, 9 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

In 2005, DONG acquired and incorporated energy companies Elsam, Energi E2, NESA, Københavns Energi and Frederiksberg Forsyning. After merger, the new company DONG Energy was created. Therefore I propose to merge also NESA and DONG articlesBeagel 16:38, 17 September 2006 (UTC).[reply]

Cyberbot II has detected that page contains external links that have either been globally or locally blacklisted. Links tend to be blacklisted because they have a history of being spammed, or are highly innappropriate for Wikipedia. This, however, doesn't necessarily mean it's spam, or not a good link. If the link is a good link, you may wish to request whitelisting by going to the request page for whitelisting. If you feel the link being caught by the blacklist is a false positive, or no longer needed on the blacklist, you may request the regex be removed or altered at the blacklist request page. If the link is blacklisted globally and you feel the above applies you may request to whitelist it using the before mentioned request page, or request its removal, or alteration, at the request page on meta. When requesting whitelisting, be sure to supply the link to be whitelisted and wrap the link in nowiki tags. The whitelisting process can take its time so once a request has been filled out, you may set the invisible parameter on the tag to true. Please be aware that the bot will replace removed tags, and will remove misplaced tags regularly.

Below is a list of links that were found on the main page:

Resolved This issue has been resolved, and I have therefore removed the tag, if not already done. No further action is necessary.—cyberbot II NotifyOnline 20:07, 9 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

What kind of title is preferable in english? Since the company have changed its name by november 6th 2017, we might move the article to the new name. Best regards --Hofkas (talk) 12:55, 12 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Correction on the page

[edit]

I am writing on behalf of Ørsted, because we (in our branding team) have gone through the page, to make sure that the correct information can be found. We have some suggestions for corrections, therefore I hope you can help with that 😊. Ørsted (company) - Wikipedia

We have following corrections:

The right side (fact box): · The industry of Orsted is xx energy · Daniel Lerup should be added to key people · All numbers should be from 2022 and not 2021. (The numbers above is to be found at Ørsted’s annual rapport here: Ørsted annual report 2022.pdf (ritzau.dk))

Left side: Operations: Asia should be added here

Power production The marketshare is not 16% anymore, but 30%
