1941 rebuild[edit]

Any details on this? When the underground garage was built beneath Union Square. It moved the monument sideways, completely changed the base layout, shrank the pedestal and may have changed the height of the column. Andy Dingley (talk) 19:20, 13 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
