Proposed move

It has been proposed at The Canadian Wikipedian's Notice Board that this article be moved/merged to a neighbourhood article. I disagree that this is necessary, I think it just needs someone to follow the sources and add content to the article.

I'd agree that this development does sound like it has the potential to be genuinely notable if properly sourced. It certainly needs sourcing and formatting improvements, though, and the "Neighbourhoods in Victoria, British Columbia" category is wrong — Category:Buildings and structures in Victoria, British Columbia would appear to be the more appropriate place for it. If it were to be merged, though, as near as I can tell from looking it up on Google Maps it's just generic Downtown Victoria, not any special neighbourhood that I can identify.
