Vcc?[edit]

Oh, well actually Vcc isn't using double subscript notation. The double subscript notation on this page refers to its specific use with two *separate* subscripts that each denote a separate place (as far as I know, position is the only thing the subscripts in this particular notation are used for). If you look at IC power supply pin, the "cc" part of Vcc is most likely an abbreviation, and might be an abbreviation for "common collector", but that isn't known for sure.
Not everything with more than one letter subscripts is using double subscript notation. Maybe you could edit this page to make it less confusing for other people that wondered about something like Vcc. Fresheneesz 16:57, 30 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
