Does/Did dropship allow for an ANONYMOUS DROPBOX Function?[edit]

Presumably, one might be able to send or retrieve things from an Anonymous Online/Cloud "dropbox" (perhaps using TOR or something similar). People could send the hash to their designated friends separately (online, offline or via some mix, or it could be produced in response to a series of "shared secrets"/question responses (plus CATPCHA to avoid automated attempts).
