my (cause) hypothesis & two minor edits I've done[edit]

At -- it is a translation page of the Spanish Wikipedia entry -- Eduard Punset I've made two minor edits.

Because I'm a learner, 1st (23:39, 9 May 2008) I didn't mark it, like a minor edit, but it is. Then I read a little more about minor edit, and on the 2nd (00:05, 10 May 2008) I marked it. Because ...Now I know:

A check to the minor edit box signifies that only superficial differences exist between the current and previous version: typo corrections, formatting and presentational changes, rearranging of text without modifying content, et cetera (...)

I don't know about BOTs, but I think if it was a bot translation maybe it was the reason of the existence of the REDUNDANT code I deleted here. Ciao --PLA y Grande Covián (talk) 01:27, 10 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Eduard's name[edit]

Why on earth is the name of Eduard translated into Spanish? His name is Eduard, a Catalan name. Would you translate William Shakespeare as Guillermo Shakespeare? Then why change Eduard's name? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.136.116.6 (talk) 08:24, 17 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Because his real name is EduardO Punset http://www.fundacionpunset.org/ wich begs us to question: why are YOU mispelling his name? --

I do not know about his fundation, but his name seems to be Eduard https://www.facebook.com/eduardpunset, http://www.eduardpunset.es, but anyway 83.46.68.171 (talk) 09:24, 18 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
