Fair use rationale for Image:FC Tiraspol.png[edit]

Image:FC Tiraspol.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Transnistria/Moldova[edit]

Does anybody know whether it causes any problems for the team to be based in Tiraspol, the capital of de facto independent Transnistra, and playing in the Moldovan football league? I don't mean there should be any sort of recognition (or dismissal) of the independence of Transnistria, but the fact is that Transnistria has de facto split from Moldova. I would have thought it'd be difficult for the government there to accept their football clubs playing as Moldovan, and I would imagine there would at least be some problems with regards to paperwork and so on. --Sterio (talk) 23:05, 27 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It doesn't cause any problems, because Transnistria is in Moldova and Transnistrians are Moldovan. I am not talking politically... even the most vehement Transnistrian nationalist will not disagree that they are a part of Moldova. You do know the "official" name of Transnistria is the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic? Politically, it's not as simple as you make it out to be. For example, the Moldovan post office operates throughout Transnistria. But regardless, your argument is about as relevant as Cardiff playing in the English league, or Berwick playing in the Scottish one. 91.84.75.44 (talk) 23:08, 19 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
