Rename Article to Faiz Mohammad Katib

I suggest removing Hazara from the name as he has always been know by his name Faiz Mohammad and/or Katib the honorary suffix. Hazara has recently been added to his name and there are no reliable sources that would confirm that he had Hazara in his name or known by when he was alive however he represented Hazaras on numerous occasion during and after the reign of Abdur Rahman Khan.
