Comments on this page, September 2013[edit]

When I got my Wikipedia account in September 2013, to see if I could edit and improve some articles, I found this page on the First Baptist Church of Montana. I have added a number of links to other wikipedia arrticles. That is part of the beauty of Wikipedia. In reviewing the text to make these links, I did some rewording, to make it read a little better. I have not taken anything out so all of it remains intact. I think that it starts out very interesting, because it goes back quite a ways into history. As it gets more to the present, it gets a little tedious and boring, even giving the color of a paint job. These kind of details are subject to rapid change, and are not really necessary. It also is really heavy on the actual appearance of the building. I think just a few comments about the church's activities, or how it may have been involved in historical trends, would be interesting. You don't want to use this article as a platform for proselityzing, yet, it is an encyclopedia, and for informational purposes, some comments about the beliefs systems of the church and how it may have changed over the years would be helpful. For example, I cannot even tell from the article which Baptist Convention this church is affiliated with, though I think it may be "American Baptist Churches USA." Maybe give some information about the Convention affilliation, and how it relates to the church governance. What is the church organization? How does it relate to the world? Have there been any particular pastors of note in its history? Maybe, add a picture, or several pictures of the inside and out. If the author does not know who to add pictures, mahybe you could email a picture or picdtures to me and I could add them. Thanks, whoever maybe listening.
