Interesting point. However, I think he qualifies as notable because he's the head of the state's largest law enforcement agency and because he's a member of the Pennsylvania Governor's cabinet. It definitely needs expansion, but it would pass {{db-a7}} and probably WP:AFD in its current form, if it came to it. --Blargh29 (talk) 16:59, 5 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
