I'm more than willing to build a fuller page for Frank West, and get this guy booted on over to John Franklin West where he belongs. Having a page for a 19th century player who played one game for a defunct team, and demanding his favorite nickname be used is ridiculous.

First of all, if you're going to move this page, it should be moved to Frank West (baseball), because the player was known as Frank West. I'd also argue that a fictional character that appeared in one video game is no more worth this page than a player who appeared in one baseball game. If you want to give him a "proper home", just go create a page at Frank West (video game character).
