Unclear[edit]

It is not clear when Marchais re-materialised in France, 1943, 1944 or the like. At first, he said that he "left" Germany. Then, he claimed to have "escaped" from the same. The "Daily Telegraph" spoke of a new dimension to the Marchais legend. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 86.139.211.197 (talk) 11:13, 20 February 2007 (UTC). See the French article, on this point.

Rapid[edit]

Marchais's rapid promotion in the French Communist party has not been explained. There were rumours.

Snecma[edit]

Snecma was founded in 1945. So he can't have worked for Snecma in or around 1940. --Oenie (talk) 08:10, 6 April 2011 (UTC)
