I emailed prof Reaven to ensure all is correct. It turns out that his views differ substantially from the way I have represented them here. I'll be using PMID 15746300 to get a more nuanced picture and will edit the article accordingly. JFW | T@lk 17:25, 7 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
