Current Uhlig controversy[edit]

I know of the current calls for him to resign on twitter. Is there a need to include the reference to his past new york times letter or blogpost? At least I don't think it is appropriate in the career section, since it doesn't concern his work as a macroeconomist. I think it is more appropriate to wait for the episode to play out, and if he does actually resign, add a controversy section to the article. --Ysjzysn (talk) 14:26, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I think two things about this: there may now be enough sources to handle this event properly, and as it is written right now it is not handled properly. I took a few tries yesterday introducing sections and organisation to this page that made sense, and I still don't think I succeeded, so I definitely encourage you to shift things around if you see a better way. I'll go reword things at least a little bit now. - Astrophobe (talk) 18:10, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
