Needs Editing Bad[edit]

Someone needs to edit this page. It makes abso-fucking-lutely no sense. Measurements are explained by tables, not prose.

The problem is not the prose. The author mixes discussion of dimensionless values (like π=3.16...) with the discussion of the title value of dimension length³. A strong suggestion of cluelessness...

I agree — and I notice that this comment, now 11+ years ago, has had no effect whatsoever. Nobody reads the Talk sections, I fear. Anyway, the text is, in part, gobbledygook, quite incomprehensible; in part because it smacks of bad translation from some other language. (And this although I've been studying Egyptian for nearly 3 years now, so it's not like the poor reader who comes at this from complete ignorance, and departs even more bewildered.)
