Here are the issues I found:

"The floodwaters destroyed bridges and dikes and flooding many cities along the inner reaches of the river." and flooded many
"Although later there severe flooding further inland," there was severe
The external link is dead, so it might as well be removed (archive.org doesn't show the images making the link pointless).
