Brainwashing[edit]

Undue Influence is not equivalent to Brainwashing. Wikipedia has a very nice article on undue influence. If you read it, you will find that Brainwashing is very different. I will let someone else write the rest of this article.Spinkava (talk) 14:30, 28 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There are type of undo influence. While they are not equals there is undo influence that is brainwashing. My point is not to say that the undo influence on Betsy was the equevlant I am saying the type, the method was indeed brain washing. If you have trouble accepting that I would suggest looking up brain washing on the net and studying it for a few minutes. I would have trouble accepting that you are not intelligent enough to see that is what it was.

Also one must understand the difference between a legal term and psychological term. insane is not a psychological term, it is a legal term.

Brainwashing isn't a legal term. But if I explained that a person was insane and then said he was psychotic, a layman most likely could understand how so.
