Not Mannich Reaction, Pictet–Spengler reaction
Under the biosynthesis heading on this page there are a number of figure which feature a "Mannich Reaction". Except, not a single one of them is actually a Mannich reaction, every single one of them is a Pictet–Spengler reaction. They are highly related reactions to be sure, but there are still some critical differences.
