Hi, it might be useful to look over some other articles about art projects that have been given a good peer review. These articles have met Wikipedia's highest standards and almost always are good examples of the structure suggested in the Manual of Style for this type of article. We can create a list of examples and then decide which structure would work best for this article.

The Dinner Party This article has some elements that we want to include. Similar to The Dinner Party the women represented is an important element of IHQ article. The Dinner Party has not be through any type of formal peer review and has a C-rating. If it did, it would most likely be modified to follow the Manual of Style for Visual Arts somewhat more closely.
Four Freedoms (Norman Rockwell), this article is a feature article. It describes a collection or painting. It is interesting because it contains a large amount of background information. Much more than the average article. IHQ article will not have this much background information but does need some. Also, IHQ is will describe a collection of quilt pieces that need to be described in a way to convey why each individual quilt piece together makes is one work of art.
