The islands along the coast can be identified ...[edit]

This doesn't make sense:

The islands along the coast can be identified from the Western Australia - Northern Territory border in the east, to the northern most islands, north of Cape Londonderry, and west to just north of Broome.

Does it mean I could stand at the WA - NT border look out to sea and identify the islands? I doubt it.

Are we actually trying to say this?

The islands lie along the coast from just north of Broome to the Northern Territory border.

If so, we should merge it into the first paragraph:

There are over 2,500 islands lying off the coast of the Kimberley region of Western Australia, from just north of Broome to the Northern Territory border.

Sometime fewer words are better. Mitch Ames (talk) 13:44, 15 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Never - the capacity to adequately qualify some issues often requires more words. Thanks for your edits and comments.

Biological survey[edit]

could be anywhere on the planet - the project had the specific title that is in the heading of the section - there is no other part of the article that it is discussed by its name - it needs to be identified - -sats 15:07, 15 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
