Bitter Winter[edit]

@Jeffro77: In regards to that decision being overturned, the only other places that I've really been able to see mentioned are ones affiliated with Bitter Winter in some way. It doesn't look like anyone else is really covering it so I don't think it's possible to find a better source for the material in question. I didn't know about its placement in the perennial sources list (I should've checked as I was unfamilar with the source).
