Use in music video?[edit]

I seem to recall the last three or so minutes of this cartoon used in a music video (done along the lines of videos shown on the Disney Channel's DTV) in the late 1980s, probably on Night Tracks, I have a vague memory of the song being "Rescue Me" by Fontella Bass, but I can't tell one way or the other. Can anyone here confirm or otherwise explain which song accompanied the footage of this 'toon? –Wbwn (talk) 19:30, 22 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Use in Motion Picture[edit]

You can see part of this cartoon playing in the background when P. Seymour Hoffman's character scores heroin from a gender-nonconforming male in "Before the Devil Knows You're Dead." — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:244:4001:70E0:F1D8:4057:3C9A:7D0A (talk) 19:39, 1 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Idea for Analysis[edit]

I found this book on Google Scholar, Animation: Critical and Primary Sources, it has information about this short in the context of WWII. I think it would be interesting to see what can be added from taking a closer look at that. This might be just a note for myself. — Preceding unsigned comment added by MonkeyBBGB (talkcontribs) 01:53, 19 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
