What does this mean?[edit]

"The album's release was largely received only in Australia..."

This phrase makes no sense. What is it supposed to mean? Can someone (preferably the person who wrote it) please use a better adverb than "largely," since it seems to me to be impossible for something to be "largely received." Was it largely well-received only in Australia? Was it only released in Australia? Was it shipped to all parts of the globe but only the shipments to Australia made it? It would be good to find a reference for copy of this ad.
