Untitled[edit]

Joan of England (1334-1348) was born on 1335? Should this article be retitled? -- General Wesc 20:45, 20 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I moved it. Morhange 05:38, 3 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Just where the heck did you find all this new info about her??? I had heard about the Loremo theory before, but never about the statue and everything else... Sheilawisz 17:37, 6 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Does anybody know the name of the actress that portrayed Joan in that History Channel special ??? Sheilawisz 17:44, 24 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Year of Birth[edit]

Queen Philippa gave birth to Joan's sister Isabella in June 16 1332, which makes it impossible for Joan to have been born in the same year!!! Sheilawisz 17:06, 21 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Verification[edit]

Please consider that we're talking about a girl that lived over six hundred years ago. It's just impossible to verify beyond all doubt almost ANYTHING about her- Sometimes we need to simply accept the opinions and guesses of Historians, such as Norman Cantor. Please do not remove the conclusion of the Aftermath section. 189.142.16.149 17:24, 11 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Date of death[edit]

According to Norman Cantor, in the book _In The Wake of the Plague_ pg 47, Joan died on September 2nd, not July 1st. Her councillor, Robert Bourchier, died before her on August 20. Which is it? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Richlitt (talkcontribs) 18:26, 22 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
