John Cann → John Cann (politician) – There are already 3 John Canns (and I have just come across another one that probably needs creating sometime), and this one seems to have the lowest page views. I created a redirect from John Cann (politician) and started changing all the articles linking to this one, with the intention of creating a DAB, but have at least temporarily abandoned this, as there are so many. Perhaps others could opine as to whether this is a worthwhile exercise, and/or help out with converting the links? Laterthanyouthink (talk) 07:22, 7 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Support - appears non controversial to me. While John Du Cann has significantly more page views, common name means he is not the primary topic. The politician has an entry in the Australian Dictionary of Biography but there is little else to distinguish him from the athlete/herpetologist. The politician has numerous links due to elections etc, but AWB will quickly take care of those. --Find bruce (talk) 02:23, 9 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
