I recommend that this be removed and/or put into a section named "criticism":
His is quite left-leaning and usually indulges in America-bashing that's fashionable amongst Indian intellengtsia. Critics have questioned his stances in several conflicting situations between India and Pakistan which, they claim, cater to Pakistan's interests rather than Indian. He is also the leading light of what is called the wagah candle burning brigade referring to the march where he went to India's border, at Wagah, with Pakistan in what has become a candle-burning ritual for assorted peaceniks.
It's quite charged language that doesn't belong in that spot. Bellemichelle 14:41, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
