1962?[edit]

Mac Hulbert drove an LDS GP at the Silverstone Classic, and its date is given as 1961. (Source: Silverstone Classic 2007 racecard, p26). I'm guessing that's a construction date, and the car didn't actually compete until 1962? 86.135.7.195 22:37, 1 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The first appearance of an LDS in a World Championship race wasn't until 1962, but they had been competing in non-Championship races since 1961. See interesting dicussion here. DH85868993 07:12, 3 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
