Fair use rationale for Image:Land stalkerJP002.jpg

Image:Land stalkerJP002.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Landstalker or LandStalker?

If anyone was wondering like me, I wasn't sure which way was correct so I thought I would find out. On the cover it may look like it should be 'LandStalker' but it is not. The title on the front cover of the game, in all 3 images, is illustrated and not typed; it is in all capitals anyway, although the S is bigger, may make it look like it should be 'LandStalker' but it is not the case. I still have a copy of the original Mega Drive game (PAL version), the title of the game does not appear in the typed text on the back cover, but it does appear typed in the instruction manual and it is typed 'Landstalker'.
