Wiki Education assignment: ENGL 273 - Children's Literature[edit]

This article was the subject of a Wiki Education Foundation-supported course assignment, between 13 January 2022 and 14 May 2022. Further details are available on the course page. Student editor(s): Di1001 (article contribs).

I will be making edits and additions to this Wikipedia article in the coming weeks and wanted to outline the changes I plan on making. I plan on overall making the article more in line with Wikipedia's recommendations for articles about books by adding sections such as background and analysis. I also will be editing the plot section to read less like a chronological list, include fewer quotes in the reception section, and add more description to the awards section. Additionally, I plan on adding a new section titled adaptations where I will discuss the book's adaptation into a musical.
