ICESCAPE article needed[edit]

Need an article on Impacts of Climate change on the Eco-Systems and Chemistry of the Arctic Pacific Environment (ICESCAPE). See ESPO Portal. User:HopsonRoad 03:11, 11 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Programs vs Institutes[edit]

This list increasingly includes institutes and commissions that perform research in the Arctic. It should be limited to the programs themselves, as the title suggests. Perhaps there should be a separate list of entities that participate in such programs. I propose to remove entries that don't represent actual programs. A discriminator would be whether the entry describes a scope of work (program) or a cadre of people (institute). A commission may have both a scope of work to be included, but also have people appointed to execute it. I would retain entries that predominantly feature scopes of work, but exclude those that are principally cadres of people. User:HopsonRoad 23:30, 2 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
