Re: recent edits which I reverted, the reason is this page is designed to list all the Commonwealth prizes including active and discontinued. The reason is we don't want to force readers to click through multiple pages to see the full list of winners past and present. There is precedent for this see for example List of winners of the National Book Award which includes both active and discontinued. Also, Commonwealth Writers already has too many articles it's become something of a rats nest so the more we can simplify this for readers the better.
