Finansborgarråd[edit]

It's said that the title is called finansborgarråd in Swedish. This is incorrect due to the information in Mayor#Sweden. There it is stated that the position (borgmästare) was abolished in 1971, but that the term is sometimes informally used for the Municipal commissioner in English. /Grillo (talk) 19:40, 6 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Agree; the title is highly confusing. Also, the elevated role of the finansborgarråd among the other borgarråd came to place after 1940. Hence, calling the men titled finansborgarråd before 1940 "mayors" is even more misleading. In today's shape, the article should more correctly be named List of municipal commissioners for finance of Stockholm, or, the article should be reworked to incompass all commissioners in a List of municipal commissioners of Stockholm equivalent to sv:Lista över borgarråd i Stockholms stad. /Urbourbo (talk) 08:55, 16 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
