Caution: wrong statements on main page[edit]

Due to the Wikipedia three-revert rule correction of factual wrong statements on this topic are not always possible. In particular claims that Ludwig Rudolph Prinz von Hannover is a prince are provable wrong but repeatedly introduced into the main article. There are no Princes of Hanover since 1919. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Clumpytree (talkcontribs) 16:43, 23 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

And what was this man's families legal name, as this is still unsupported in their articles? - dwc lr (talk) 16:52, 23 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Presumably his legal family name is "Prinz von Hannover", but as I said before I do not know for sure, and I do not think the information is publicly available. I do not object discussing his name and how different people call him in the article. All I try to correct is false claims that he is a prince. Clumpytree (talk) 17:01, 23 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Move discussion in progress[edit]

There is a move discussion in progress on Wikipedia talk:Naming conventions (royalty and nobility) which affects this page. Please participate on that page and not in this talk page section. Thank you. —RMCD bot 22:46, 7 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
