Datelines[edit]

Who is adding month and year to some of the episode descriptions? Very very few MASH episodes cite a date, and a larger subset (but still a minority) are identifiable with an approximate date. We all know that there are too many inconsistencies and continuity errors in the series to allow any kind of timeline to be drawn ... so why tag any episodes with dates? It is particularly useless to do so when some episodes featuring Potter, Hunnicutt and Winchester are "dated" prior to episodes featuring Blake, McIntyre and Burns. Only one story in the whole series really hinges on a real historical event, and that is the final episode. Darcyj 08:29, 11 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

the guy right above you. the dingleberry who keeps posting under the Miami University general ip starting with "134.53.145" i cringe inwardly every time i see those numbers in the mash area, since it's the same dweeb who likes to post five million pieces of minutiae that no one else cares about. Episode notability[edit]

With the exception of "Abyssinia, Henry", the individual episode pages for Season Three fail notability guidelines, inluding the notability guidelines for television episodes, and have been tagged accordingly. Might I suggest these articles are improved with real-world information (ie. referencing with reliable sources) to assert notability, removing trivia (seeWP:TRIVIA) quotes, overly long plot summaries (a breach of copyright) or consider merging the information onto this season page. Otherwise, when these pages come up for review in fourteen days, they may be redirected, merged or deleted. If you want any help or info, then come to Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Television/Episode coverage. Thanks. Gwinva 19:13, 20 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
