Project Portfolio provides visibility and access to business portfolios and projects to be managed. Input template creation for various business driver work flows and or project types enforces the standardization of all processes in the governance applied to the workflows step gated with distribution of tasks, notifications, etc required for each step. Tools and processes within the application assist in the alignment of the "business strategy" and weighted attributes applied to each folder, project, program in determining budget to validity effectiveness in undertaking each one.
This is used to auto track and standardize the process from initiating to post implementation for enabling portfolios within your enterprise/grp.
