Munter is a British sexual slur used to refer to a remarkably ugly person of the opposite sex, especially with regard to women. Also in the South West of England, it's a local phrase used primarily to describe overweight, short, futt bugly, large headed, small breasted (or droopy breasted, imagine 2 snooker balls in socks) female office workers with scary eyes, facial hair and teeth like cleedus. There is no such area of England as the south west. Its an urban myth.
