There is no Cha Vang article (was it nominated for speedy deletion and deleted?). As of now this article doesn't show any reason why it belongs in an encyclopedia. Sorry, still getting the hang of this. It said "You may remove the tag"... I thought that meant it was OK.
On Hmong relations: "The slaying of Green Bay resident Cha Vang in the Peshtigo Harbor Wildlife Area earlier this month was nothing less than an exercise in brutality – and his gruesome murder has brought racial tensions back into the headlines." - http://www.tcdailyplanet.net/node/3574 There are quite a few sources with similar concerns.
Since I have raised my objection with substantiating information from sources (now added to the article) I am removing the prod notice. As directed by Wikipedia guidelines, I have stated my objection, fixed the article, and can now remove the tag.
