Misuse of page[edit]

This page seems to have been misused by people to promote a range of mutual exchange websites in the UK. I note from the history page that a number of users' sole contribution has been to add websites to the bottom of the list.

I propose to tidy up this page shortly, if other people don't object.

Personally, I think that really only Homeswapper merits inclusion as an example as this is a truly free website which serves the majority of UK landlords, though I'm happy not to include that if people have a problem with it Jpmaytum (talk) 18:12, 17 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I've rewritted the page following a wikipedia bot tagging this page as an advert. I know it's not the place of wikipedia to warn people that some websites will charge for a service that people could get for free, but I have tried to make sure that readers of this page get as much impartial information as possible.
