The first requires more information; it appears not to be a term from folklore, is it from a game? A novel? Needs more information and possibly a link to other articles that might explain.

The second is a string of gibberish to anyone not familiar with that particular game. "Scourge hero"? "Dota allstars"? "Frozen throne map"? This entire sentence is meaningless.
