Translation[edit]

Could we translate some of these terms to their closest English equivalents for the benefit of non Tamil/Hindi speakers? I have begun to do this, but lets do continue since this is the english wikipedia and we don't all have the good fortune to know what all these terms mean.

Spelling[edit]

The right spelling is 'Nizhal Thangal'. The letter 's' is added to represent the plural term of it. - Vaikunda Raja
