New Article[edit]

Added for review, please. Notability uncertain, but as mentioned in article Aldiss implies he was apparently as popular as Jules Verne in the novel's milieu (Britain, late 19th cent.). Few Google hits; some are in other languages & I haven't followed up yet. Quotes around the author's name in the referenced Kincaid page suggest it is a pseudonym, but unable to find author's real name.
