I think this should still be it's own article, the article discusses (slightly) and could be expanded to cover things not directly relating to the wizard of oz (and therefor not belonging in that article) but which could still be useful. Falls End (T, C) 20:20, 18 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]


I concur with the above statement.

Although he's a little-known figure today, Ferguson was a respected early jazz/film critic, cited as an influence by Andrew Sarris, Robert Christgau and (I believe) James Agee, and it seems bizarre to relegate him to a "Wizard of Oz" footnote (in fact, I had no idea he'd ever reviewed the film). I don't know too much about the guy, but maybe I'll try to expand the article into something that's more capable of standing on its own. --Ondioline 01:59, 18 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
