merge in greater and lesser pelvis[edit]

Both greater pelvis and lesser pelvis should be merged here and each should get its own section; they are already mentioned here and having separate articles without the full context of how the cavity is defined is confusing. – SJ + 07:10, 23 March 2012 (UTC)
