Suggest merge into National Artist[edit]

It's not clear to me why this is a separate article from "national artist" when it appears to be the same thing and the term народный seems to support a literal translation also as "national". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.237.234.183 (talk) 17:57, 23 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
